Research Abstract

(1)安定同位体標識グルコース負荷試験の解析を発展させ、特に肝臓でのインスリン・グルコース作用の異常に着目して2型糖尿病の発症進展メカニズムを明らかにすること。
(2)同負荷試験を用いて、運動とインスリン・グルコース作用の増強の関係を明らかにすること。
