| Research Abstract |
Candida albicans water-soluble fraction induced mouse vasculitis on coronary artery. The vasculitis was not changed on fraktalkine (FKN)-deficient mice compare to wild-type mice. Treatment with anti-FKN mAb also did not inhibit the vasculitis. On the other hand, retinoid ameliorated the vasculitis.
