Research Abstract |
Peritoneal B-la cells have been shown to suppress the later phase of contact hypersensitivity reaction. The cell surface expression phenotype of splenic marginal zone regulatory B cells has been clarified. Moreover, the role of regulatory B cells in murine model of systemic lupus erythematosus has been demonstrated.
