Research Abstract

We determined the purity of synthesized zinc coproporphyrin-I (ZnCPI) by the method of Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectroscopy. Then, we are able to get a precise value of ZnCPI concentration in the serum with amniotic fluid embolism.
