| Research Abstract |
本研究は、子宮内膜症細胞および子宮内膜症の発生母地と考えられている子宮内膜細胞のNeutral endopeptidase (NEP)の発現と細胞増殖抑制因子であるPhosphatase and tensin homolog deleted on chromosome 10 (PTEN)のinteraction に着目し、子宮内膜症発症・進展機序の解明を目的とし、同分子を標的とした新規治療法の開発をめざすものである。本研究は子宮内膜症間質細胞(以下、内膜症間質細胞)を用いたin vitro の実験を主体として行う。比較のため正所性子宮内膜間質細胞(以下、正常内膜間質細胞)も用いる。本研究は大きく、(1)NEP の内膜症間質細胞増殖抑制効果とそのメカニズム(2)NEP-PTEN interaction-の解析、(3)NEPを標的とした内膜症治療の可能性の検討に分けられる。
