Research Abstract

miRNA miR299-3p is involved in the regulation of telomerase. The degradation of hTERT, the catalytic component of telomerase, mRNA was accelerated by miR299-3p. The decrease of miR299-3p in cervical cancer tissue may be involved in activation of telomerase.
