Research Abstract |
We have shown that Ang II and aldosterone could potentiate the proliferation of leiomyoma cells. We have further shown that adiponectin, genistein and curcumin repressed the proliferation of leiomyoma cells. We have also established a novel xenograft model for uterine leiomyoma.
