| Research Abstract |
卵巣明細胞腺癌は本邦に多く化学療法抵抗性で予後不良な疾患である。その予後改善のため本研究では1)臨床情報のデータベース化と臨床的予後因子の解析、2)免疫組織学的所見が独立予後因子となる腫瘍関連遺伝子・蛋白の同定と公表、3)既存分子標的治療薬の効果の検討、4)予後判定バイオマーカーの開発、5)新規分子標的治療薬の開発のための基礎的研究を行う。
