| Research Abstract |
We investigated the gene mutations in X-linked retinitis pigmentosa patients. We have found most of them have gene mutations in ORF15 of RPGR gene. We also studied macular holes associated with retinitis pigmentosa. We found efficacy of vitreous surgery in these patients.
