Research Abstract

To explore the novel target enzymes for organophosphorous compound, we established the analytical method for specific detection of OP-combined peptide, using the shotgun proteomics procedure. To apply this method for the complicated sample such as serum, we adopted the purification procedure using TiO2, ZrO2 pre treatment column.
