Research Abstract

1. 超音波加振・変位計測システムの構築音響放射圧は音圧の2乗に比例するため, 1つの超音波トランスジューサを, 異なる2つの周波数の信号を加算した信号で駆動することで差の周波数Δfで正弦的に変動する音響放射圧を発生させる. 本研究では, 差の周波数Δfで変動する音響放射圧を2つ用いて, 左右から対象物に音響放射圧を加え効率的に対象物内部に歪みを発生させる. そのため信号発生装置, 高周波増幅器, 超音波トランスジューサを2組用意し, 両者を完全に同期させた. また, 超音波加振と同時に, 対象物内部に生じた変位分布を別の超音波で計測するシステムを付加した.
2. 超音波音場などの基礎的特性の測定加振用の集束トランスジューサの音圧分布をハイドロホンにより計測し, 方位方向の音響放射圧の半値幅が, 2mmであることを確認した. 次に, 超音波ビーム方向(距離方向)の音圧を焦点位置±10mmの範囲で調べ, 焦点付近では, 距離方向には音圧がほぼ一定で広い範囲にわたって(細いビーム状に)加振できることを確認した.
3. 模擬生体への超音波加振の適用上記1. の加振・計測システムを用いて, 模擬生体に音響放射圧を印加した際に, (a)対象物表面の変位を計測し, 対象物表面に振幅数ミクロンの変位が発生できることを確認した. さらに超音波加振と同時に, (b)超音波を用いて対象物表面の変位を計測し, 本超音波加振・変位計測システムよって対象物を加振でき, さらに同時に超音波を用いて対象物変位が測定できることを確認した.
4. 不安定となる原因の解明と対策 : 点集束トランスジューサによる実験集束トランスジューサが1つの場合に対し, 2つの場合の焦域の重なり部分での音場計測を行い, 2つの音圧分布が干渉し合って音圧分布が網目状になる現象を確認した. これによって, 2つの音響放射圧による加振が計測点位置によっては不安定になることが分かった.
