Research Abstract

我々が開発した新しい手法、質量顕微鏡法(Imaging Mass Spectrometry)を用い、マウス疾患モデル脳、更にはヒト死後脳を対象とした多次元オミックス(プロテオーム、メタボローム)解析を行う。プロテオーム解析としてはチュブリン翻訳後修飾異常の解析を、メタボローム解析としては脂質・糖脂質代謝異常の解析を計画した。モデルマウスやヒト死後脳サンプルの解析から、これまでに予想されていなかった新しい物質の局在や修飾の変化を発見することを目指し、新たなバイオマーカー創出に繋がる研究になると期待している。
