Research Abstract

アブラナ科植物の自家不和合性は、1遺伝子座S複対立遺伝子系によって説明されており、花粉因子SP11と雌ずい因子SRKの自己特異的相互作用によって自家不和合性が誘起される。しかしながら、SRKによる自己情報が雌ずい内にどの様に伝達され、その結果、自己花粉が拒絶されるかという点については、ほとんど不明である。本研究では、アブラナ科自家不和合性研究で欠落しているS遺伝子下流因子の解明に向けて、B.rapaとシロイヌナズナを融合的に利用して、S遺伝子下流因子を解明する。
