| Research Abstract |
生体内で重要な働きをしている膜蛋白質は細胞膜または細胞内小器官にあって常に膜内外にかかる膜電位、およびその変動の影響をうけている。この生理的な状態で膜蛋白質が機能する際にどのように動いているのか。それを1分子で調べるための測定システムを確立することを目指す。具体的には、イオンチャネルを用いた1分子電流と1分子構造変化の同時計測システムの実現を目指す。
