Research Abstract |
We developed the Diffracted X-ray Tracking method for targeting the simultaneous recordings of conformational changes and ionic currents in a single ion channel molecule. As a result of this research project we established some essential technologies for the recordings: a high-speed data recording, a fluid exchangeable recording chamber, optimized x-ray spectrum, and an image data analyzing program.
