| Research Abstract |
We developed an active/passive microrheology setup which is possible to measure nonequilibrium properties of living cultured cells. Cells in general decides their behaviors depending on the mechanics of surrounding matrices. With the developed setup, we found the physical mechanism of this cellular mechano-sensing.
