Research Abstract |
A novel sample introduction technique was developed for application to supersonic jet spectrometry. This approach leads to a substantial improvement in the duty cycle. In addition, the nozzle can be heated to high temperature and has a near-zero dead volume. Therefore, this sample introduction technique is suitable for use at the interface of the GC and MS.
