Research Abstract

本課題では量子ビーム(主に光・電子線)とマイクロ波を複合利用することで、有機半導体材料中の電荷キャリアのナノ秒~ミリ秒におけるダイナミクスと薄膜構造(ナノ~マイクロメータースケール)の相関を研究する。マイクロ波を電極レス電気伝導度測定に用い、電子線をパルスラジオリシスの照射源として利用し、両者の結果を併せることで、未だ不明な点が多い有機半導体中の電荷ダイナミクスの基礎科学に貢献する。本課題の成果は高性能有機デバイスの実現、量子ビーム・マイクロ波技術利用の進展開に寄与すると期待される。
