Research Abstract |
Design and measurement methods for rational design of artificial genetic networks were developed toward constructing genetic relaxation oscillators. The measurement methods are employed for quantification of kinetic parameters of "genetic parts" composing the genetic circuits. Integration of these measurement methods and in silico model enables rational design of artificial genetic circuits.
