Research Abstract |
This study aims to realize an atomically engineered heterostructured oxide nanowires, which exhibit a gigantic response when applying external stimuli including electric field*light*magnetic field, via self-assembling technique. Furthermore, nanodevices utilizing such metal oxide heterostructured nanowires were developed.
