Research Abstract

高等教育機関の重要な機能の一つは人材選抜機能と考えられ、このような選抜機能の強化が、歪みのある経済の生産性にどのような影響を与えるかを考察することで、歪みのある経済における最適教育政策を論じる。さらにこの研究において、ミクロレベルでは実証的に観測される正の教育投資の収益が、マクロレベルでは観測されなくなるという、いわゆる教育収益率のミクロとマクロの乖離を説明する一つの可能性として、政策の歪みの果たす役割についても分析する。
