| Research Abstract |
申請者の最大の研究目的は、近代的製造業が必要とする質・量の労働力・長期資金といった生産要素の需給を調整する取引制度が、植民地期から計画経済期に至る20世紀前半のインドにおいてどのように生成したかを、当時の3大近代的製造業(ジュート紡績業、綿紡績業、鉄鋼業)を舞台に、企業レベルの資料に基づいて明らかにすることである。その上で、生成した要素取引制度は、これら制度を採用した同時期の各企業の発展にどのような影響したのかも明らかにする。
