| Research Abstract |
This study clarified corporate governance policy on the basis of
civil society,
corporate governance,
management law, and
corporate governance principle
Until recently, corporate governance was not necessarily utilized in management.However, corporate governance, which is useful for management, can be determined bythe corporate governance policy. The clarification of the new management systembecame the theme for our next study.
Therefore, this study is evaluated as original and novel.
