| Research Abstract |
For getting findings for financial reconstructing of local governments, we had done social research on Yubari, Rokkasho, Notthingham(UK). As a result, we have found a mechanism of local government's bankrupt caused from pit closure. We couldn't find a similar mechanism in UK that has same type former coalfields. Then, we can say that a bankruptcy of local Government in former coalfield is original under Japanese local government system.
