Research Abstract |
In this research, we focused on wide-gap semiconductor SiC having pollytypes. By B and Al-doping toward 3C-SiC and 6H-SiC, we discovered the superconductivity at T_c~1.5K in each compounds. Through these discoveries, the superconducting state (Type-I or II) in hole-doped semiconductors can be qualitatively interpreted by accepter levels.
