Research Abstract |
It is likely that proteins related to cell movement are localized in the intracellular juxtamembrane region. By using existing methods, it is difficult to identify such proteins localized in proximity to the plasma membrane. In this study, I developed a general method applicable to noninvasive identification of proteins localized on the plasma membrane or in the juxtamembrane space.
