Research Abstract |
A wireless communication system with a new current-mode demodulator and a closed-loop power control function for 3D stacked retinal chip is developed. In measurement results, the demodulator can be decoding 106kpbs with 13.56MHz frequency carrier. The power dissipation in the clamp circuit can be reduced more than 50% using closed power control function.
