Research Abstract |
CuInSe_2 (CIS) thin-films, which is expected as high-efficiency solar cells, were fabricated on flexible substrates. The composition and rapid thermal anneal realized large crystal grains on polyimide substrate which does not have enough thermal tolerance. Also, another approach of lift-off process which transfers thin-films to alternative substrates was developed and working device was successfully fabricated.
