Research Abstract |
Electronic states in Cobalt-based Heusler alloys (X2YZ) were studied by soft and hard X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. These spectra show a clear change in electronic states near the Fermi level with increasing 3d electron concentration by substitution of Y site in the Heusler alloys. These experimental results are consistent with the theoretically obtained electronic structures.
