Research Abstract |
Adaptor protein STAP-2 is a multifunctional molecule which regulates cellular signaling negatively or positively in immune responses. In this study, I investigated the functional mechanisms of STAP-2 in T-cell activation-induced cell death(AICD). It is revealed that STAP-2 enhances T-cell apoptosis, so STAP-2 plays a role in T-cell AICD.
