| Research Abstract |
We showed that Stim1 and Orai1 contribute to store operated calcium entry (SOC) activity in vascular endothelial cells. We also found that von willebrand factor release from vascular endothelial cells is regulated by continuous calcium influx by SOC mechanism after VEGF stimulation.
