Research Abstract |
Quantitative lipid mediator profiling strategy developed by the investigator was applied to several murine disease models that include inflammatory disease models. Lipid mediator profiles that characterize disease status were successfully determined in murine models of multiple sclerosis, sepsis, etc., which paved the way for a comprehensive analysis of lipid mediators in diseases.
