Research Abstract

骨代謝制御を司るおとり受容体(デコイレセプター)の中でも特にOPGとBAMBIを中心に解析し、その骨代謝調節機構と前立腺癌骨転移に関する役割につき解析する。本研究計画においては、以下の点について詳細な解析を加える。
(1)OPGの転写調節機構の解析をプロモータ構造を中心に行う
(2)骨化及び骨芽細胞分化におけるBAMBIの役割をin vitroで細胞株を用いて検討する
(3)前立腺癌癌化過程におけるBAMBIの役割(臨床病理学的解析)
(4)前立腺癌骨転移巣でのBAMBIの役割(臨床病理学的解析)
(5)骨特異的にBAMBIを高発現させたtransgenic mouseの作製及びその解析
