Research Abstract |
Clinical clerkship takes an important role in clinical medical education. However, its objective evaluation is not established, yet. In this study, we developed online student log to evaluate individual experiences during their clinical clerkship. To use this method, one can evaluate students' process of learning. In addition, we performed "interdisciplinary team training" using simulators. To use simulator for team training is effective as learning method and evaluation of students' achievement.
