Research Abstract	多発性硬化症では、IL-17産生性CD4陽性T細胞(Th17細胞)が病原性細胞として注目されている。細胞遊走に重要なケモカイン受容体CCR2を発現し、CCR5発現を欠く細胞集団にTh17細胞が属するというデータに基づき、患者の血中・脳脊髄液中のTh17細胞について検討した。同集団は抗体産生細胞であるB細胞を活性化する機能を持っていた。また再発時の患者ではCCR2とCCR5の両者を発現する細胞が増加していたが、この細胞はIFNγとIL-17の両者を産生し、再発の引き金となる細胞である可能性が示唆された。
