Research Abstract	進行した線維化に至る画像所見の推移には、大別して、二つのパターンが認められた。浸潤影や不均一なすりガラス影及びそのいずれかを経て線状・網状影を生じるパターンと均一なすりガラス陰影のみが、経過中に出現し、線状・網状影を生じるパターンである。不均一なすりガラス影の範囲は初期の線維化を示唆する可能性が示唆され、抗線維化薬の効果判定に応用できる可能性がある。
