| Research Abstract |
It has been proved that the proinflammatory cytokine IL-1β increased in Fas-ligand overexpressed intervertebral nucleus pulposus cells. It was suggested that Fas-ligand greatly take part in the inducement of the proinflammatory cytokine. On the other hand, we were not able to prove that Fas-ligand take part in the cellular apoptosis.
