Research Abstract

近年安全な麻酔薬の開発により,高齢者が全身麻酔使用下に手術を受けることが可能となったが,高齢者の増加に伴い増加している,認知機能障害やアルツハイマー病のような神経変性疾患における麻酔薬作用の変化については未だ明らかでない.
我々は,認知機能障害・アルツハイマーモデル動物として老化促進モデルマウス(SAM P8)を使用し,認知機能障害に及ぼす全身麻酔薬作用の影響について検討し,安全な麻酔法確立に努める.
