Research Abstract |
Microdomain in lipid bilayer may contribute to the mechanisms of volatile anesthesia. Isoflurane upregulated amount of cholesterol and protein contained in microdomain fraction extracted from mice brain. Total protein was particularly increased in isoflurane anesthesia.
