| Research Abstract |
黄斑部上方および下方網膜を選択的に刺激して計測する局所網膜電図(focal ERG)のシステムを確立し、緑内障眼においてPhotopicnegative response(PhNR)を測定した。また、三次元光干渉断層計を用いて、黄斑部の網膜全層厚及び網膜内層厚の関係を検討した。PhNRの振幅は網膜内層厚と強い相関を認め、緑内障の網膜神経節細胞障害の機能を評価する方法として有用であると考えられた。
