Research Abstract

We observed platelets and endothelial progenitor cell simultaneously in corneal neovascularization. Fluorescence-labeled cells can be observed using Heidelberg Retina Angiography(HRA2)and stereomicroscope. Both cells roll along and adhere to vessel wall, which can be suppressed with anti-selectin antibody.
