Research Abstract

Our normal cultured salivary gland cells possess a morphological potential. On the other hand, we found that, it is difficult to culture normal salivary gland cells on three dimensional polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) with using our radial-flow bioreactor. This result indicates that we need optimize a scaffold and flow volume in radial-flow bioreactor.
