Research Abstract |
The purpose of this project is to develop a method that transfer pain killer genes to immune cells using both ultrasound and echo-contrast microbubbles and ease the pain superselectively without systemic side effect. However we still haven't solved some problems about the less transduction efficiency or low cell survival rate. Therefore, we have been trying other methods, "adoptive immunotherapy". Now a day we are getting some good data.
