| Research Abstract |
本研究では、近年わが国でも関心の高まる公立学校選択制を、ゲーム理論の一分野であるマッチング理論と呼ばれる手法を用いて分析した。具体的には、既存のマッチング理論を、学校選択固有の問題に対応できる形に拡張・発展させると共に、その手法を用いて、米国や日本で実際に使用されている代表的な運営方式を分析し、その性能を比較・評価した。また、理論的に望ましい新制度を検討し、政策提言も行った。
