Research Abstract |
This research tried to construct the "high equity & high quality" model of literacy education through comparing critical literacy education both in Australia and Canada. It became clear that such a model needs the curriculum policy making that defines literacy as a practice for the social access and ensures the professional development and autonomy of teachers. It is also necessary that the official curriculum is a general guideline.
