Research Abstract

To clalify how Notch signal works on the immunoregulation system in the graft versus host disease (GVHD), we established the mouse-GVHD model using bone marrow transplant. We also established the purification system of hematopoietic progenitor cells derived from bone marrow and T cells derived from spleen using FACS sorting and MACS. Then, we modified T cell signaling by high-titered retrovirus system.
