Research Abstract

本研究は腫瘍内低酸素環境が上皮-間葉転換(epitherial-mesenchymal transition ; EMT)の誘因となることを証明することを目的とした。
本研究では、低酸素環境はヒト口腔扁平上皮がんに対する大きな刺激となり、がん細胞におけるEMTの誘因となる可能性が示唆された。実験結果を裏付けるため、現在さらにEMT関連遺伝子の変化を観察中である。
