Research Abstract |
The expression of Eppk1 was found in the islet cells during the regeneration process. To genetically trace the EPPK1 expressing cells in the regeneration, we have attempted to establish transgenic mouse lines and I have obtained several EPPK1-CreER transgenic mouse lines. EPPK1-CreER : Z/EG mice were injected with tamoxifen (Tm). After Tm injection, I checked GFP expression.
