光コム次元変換光学とその場自律校正法の創出によるサブアトム級3次元超精密計測

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

次世代「つながる」超精密ものづくり実現に必須となる3次元超精密「絶対」形状計測基盤確立のために,不等ピッチ絶対グリッドおよび色収差レンズの分光作用をもとに,XYZ3軸絶対位置情報を光コム光源の光周波数情報に次元変換して検出する,極高感度絶対型XYZ位置コムを開発することを研究の目的としている.
本年度は当初計画の通り,前年度までに作成した2軸不等ピッチ絶対グリッド製作システムにおいて,高価でサイズ及び精度にも限界がある従来型非球面ミラーの代わりに,平面ミラーに荷重を加えて変形を与えることで非球面ミラー形状を創成させる新しい手法を提案し,2軸不等ピッチ絶対グリッド製作の大面積化と最適化を試みた.平面ミラーの変形量と荷重大きさ,荷重位置およびミラー材質などとの関係を理論的に検討し,シミュレーションを行うことによって最適なパラメーターを決定した.露光実験の結果,2軸不等ピッチ絶対グリッドが製作可能なことを確認した.
また,絶対型Z位置コム光学系光学読み取りヘッドの光源として用いる光ファイバ型コム光源のスペクトル帯域,および不等ピッチ絶対グリッドのピッチ変動幅を考慮して,±1次反射回折光を捕捉する差動型ファイバ受光光学系を設計し,実際に光学系の構築を行った.±1次回折光のスペクトルから絶対位置を差動検出する信号処理システムを製作し,±1次回折光を重ね合わせる干渉光学系を光ファイバベースで実現した.その干渉信号をもとに絶対位置検出を内挿して信号処理アルゴリズムを開発し,絶対型Z位置コム光学系の性能を分解能,安定性,非線形誤差,不確かさなどの観点から評価した.
また,当初計画にない光周波数コムファブリペロー干渉計を用いた角変位コム及び第二高調波発生を利用した非線形光学Z位置コムを新たに提案し,その実証実験を行い,提案手法の有効性を確認した.

Reason

研究実施計画の項目に沿って研究を実施し,予定の項目をすべて完成し,設定した目標を達成するとともに,当初計画にない光周波数コムファブリペロー干渉計を用いた角変位コム及び第二高調波発生を利用した非線形光学Z位置コムを新たに提案し,その実証実験を行い,提案手法の有効性を確認した.

Strategy for Future Research Activity

実施計画のとおりに実施する予定である.最終年度となる令和5年度は,Z位置コムの性能向上を図ったあと,XY位置コムに組み込むことによって,XYZ位置コムの構築を行い,その性能評価を行うというステップで研究を推進していく.
