光コム次元変換光学とその場自律校正法の創出によるサブアトム級3次元超精密計測

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

計画最終年度となる令和5年度は,昨年度構築したZ位置コムの低ノイズ化を行うことによって,検出分解能の向上を図った.またZ位置コム光学系で応答スペクトルの空間フィルタとして用いていたシングルモードファイバを非線形光学結晶に置き換えることで,新たに対象Z位置を非線形光学発生現象である第二高調波発生により取得可能な原理検証実験を行った.本提案光が鵜系により,Z位置に加えて,対象物チルト角を同時に取得可能な光学系を提案し,対象物表面形状に対してロバスト性を確保した計測の実現可能性を示した.
また,前年度に構築を行った絶対位置2軸不等ピッチ絶対グリット製作システムで作製を行った2軸不等ピッチグリットの絶対位置読み取り光学系であるXY位置コム光学系において,捕捉した光スペクトルから得られる絶対位置分解能より小さい変位を干渉信号の内挿処理信号処理アルゴリズムから得る際に対象の移動方向が判別困難であった問題を解決するために,差動型ファイバ干渉受光光学系から差動型空間干渉受光光学系へ変更を行った.本光学系変更により,干渉信号位相が半波長分ずれた2つの干渉信号を取得することが可能となり,この2つの干渉信号強度を逆正接変換することで対象物の移動方向を識別可能な高分解能絶対位置が取得可能であることを確認した.
最後にさらに,GPS同期ルビジウム周波数基準器経由で時間標準にリンクして光コム光源とこれを光源に用いたZ位置コムとXY位置コムを組み合わせたXYZ位置コムを実現するために,その性能を分解能,安定性,非線形誤差,不確かさなどの観点から評価した.
